The very talented Angelica Hale was among the ten finalists who took to stage on the "America's Got Talent: The Champions" to show the world who would be the "champion of champions". Full of courage, the eleven-year-old girl said "I have come to fight for my place".
Her life story is compelling. She says that she wants to be next Whitney Houston. She thought that it was impossible to get out of the hospital and be where she is today. However, she did — and she will do all she can to win the AGT Championship and live her dream.
Her first appearance was on America's Got Talent where she came in second behind Ventriloquist Darci Lynne Farmer back in 2017. She was given the Golden Buzzer on the original show to advance to the finals then again received a second Golden Buzzer from Howie Mandel to proceed to the finals of "AGT's Champions" series.
She took the AGT to another level when she confidently walked to the stage and made a captivating performance. Angelica chose to perform the hit song "Impossible" and stunned everyone with her angelic voice.
With two golden buzzers, it's clear she never disappoints. The enthralled audience sings along her, flashing their phones to the rhythm. Her performance was flawless and Angelica sounds like a very determined girl to take the top prize this year.
With her very young age and stunning voice, the judges praise her exemplary performance. The judges comment highly on her improvements and note her commitment to the competition. Mel B said, "It was absolutely brilliant!"
Angelica's performance and commitment might as well earn her the title she so much fights for. With the winner of "The Champions" being revealed on Monday, 18th February on NBC, Angelica might as well have won the hearts of many and may be voted in as The Champion.
